By creating an account, registering for a tournament, applying for membership, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms and to the Association’s bye-laws.
You need one account per person. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend or disable an account that breaches these terms or the Association’s bye-laws.
Creating a player account and taking part in tournaments does not make you an Association member, and becoming a member does not require you to compete. These are separate, as explained on the Membership page.
Membership is open to anyone aged 18 and above. The Executive Committee reviews every application and may accept or decline membership at its discretion, as set out in the Association’s bye-laws. Subscriptions are due monthly; membership lapses automatically if payments fall more than six months in arrears, and can be reinstated by clearing the balance.
Each tournament sets its own categories, eligibility rules, and fees, shown on that tournament’s page before you register. Fees are paid online via Razorpay. For details on cancellations and refunds, see our Refund Policy.

Coaches are independent individuals, not employees or agents of the Association. The Association reviews and approves coach applications for listing on the public Coaching page, but coaching arrangements, fees, and any disputes are strictly between the player and the coach — the Association is not a party to that arrangement and does not collect or handle coaching fees.
The Association’s name, logo, and the content it publishes on this site belong to the Association. Photos you or the Association upload (player photos, tournament banners, and similar) should only be images you have the right to use.
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and results, ratings, and other published information may occasionally contain mistakes, which we’ll correct when found.
